Provider Satisfaction Survey

CBH conducts an annual Provider Satisfaction Survey (PSS) to gauge our performance and obtain provider feedback. The results of the PSS help CBH identify key opportunities for improving providers’ experience. This survey aims to assess overall provider satisfaction and identify key areas of satisfaction with the following departments: Member Services, Provider Relations, Clinical Management, Claims Management, Quality Management, Compliance, and NIAC. The following reports include the results from the annual PSS, identified opportunities for improvement, and the actions CBH will take to improve providers’ experience.
