Trauma 101 Training

This workshop is designed to enhance the culture of trauma-informed care across the CBH network. Led by CTSA’s Dr. Sandy Capaldi, this workshop will provide a comprehensive overview of trauma, exploring various definitions and categorizations of trauma and examining common reactions to trauma, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and evidence-based treatment.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to discuss definitions of trauma, name several ways to categorize and describe trauma, and identify symptoms of PTSD.

This free, virtual training is open to any mental health professional in the CBH/DBHIDS network who is interested in learning about trauma. BHTEN is a co-sponsor of this workshop. CEUs are available.
