Provider Satisfaction Survey

CBH conducts an annual Provider Satisfaction Survey (PSS) to gauge our performance and obtain provider feedback. The results of the PSS help CBH identify key opportunities for improving providers’ experience. This survey aims to assess overall provider satisfaction and identify key areas of satisfaction with the following departments: Member Services, Provider Relations, Clinical Management, Claims Management, Quality Management, Compliance, and NIAC. The following reports include the results from the annual PSS, identified opportunities for improvement, and the actions CBH will take to improve providers’ experience.

The 2024 survey will be open for response until February 10, 2025.

The survey begins with questions about your general satisfaction with CBH and then progresses to more specific departmental questions. Responses are anonymous. Each staff respondent should answer each question based on their experience in 2024, skipping over any section irrelevant to their experience with CBH.

All responses will be reviewed confidentially, and the results will be posted below as an annual report.
