P4P Provider Webinar Series – Mental Health Outpatient
Welcome to the annual Pay-for-Performance (P4P) Provider Webinar Series. The intent of this series is to inform providers of the general eligibility rules for P4P program at CBH, to highlight systemic trends in performance on the quality measures associated with the LOC in question and to engage providers in discussion about upcoming adjustments to our program.
This webinar series will be hosted virtually. Simply click on the link for your LOC during the scheduled time to attend.
· You must have access to Zoom Meetings to participate in this webinar series
· There is a limit of one (1) representative per provider for each webinar to account for the limited space in the webinar
· ALL Webinars will be recorded and posted as a Provider’s Notice once the series has ended
· There isn’t a limit to how many webinars your agency can attend.
· If you don’t see a certain level of care listed below, that LOC is not assessed in the Pay-for-Performance program.
