CBH 101 – Virtual Information Session

This session will:

• Provide foundational knowledge and overview of CBH and its relationship to the PA HealthChoices (Medicaid) program
• Increase understanding of the state and federal requirements and an overview of the steps in the process to become a CBH service provider
• Increase awareness of how members can access CBH services and behavioral health resources
• Provide tips on how to navigate CBH organizational operations

Target audience for this session is:

• behavioral health care and other social service providers who are unfamiliar with CBH and may work with clients who may be eligible for Medicaid services
• individuals who are interested in learning more about the structure of CBH and managed care in Philadelphia
• members of the philanthropic sector who are unfamiliar with CBH and are interested in learning more about Medicaid, the structure of CBH and managed care in Philadelphia, and those work with clients who may be eligible for Medicaid services.
