CBH Interim CEO Donna Bailey Named to Prestigious Metro Black Power Players and City & State Black Trailblazers Lists
Bailey Recognized for her Unwavering Commitment to Service
Community Behavioral Health (CBH) Interim CEO Donna Bailey has been honored with inclusion on the Metro Philadelphia 2024 Black Power Player list and the City & State Pennsylvania 2024 Black Trailblazers list in recognition of her impactful work and contributions to the ever-growing healthcare tapestry of Philadelphia.
The Black Power Players list, published annually by Metro Philadelphia, celebrates leaders, innovators, and politicians from diverse industries who have showcased exceptional leadership, innovation, and impact across Philadelphia. Similarly, the Black Trailblazers list, published by City & State Pennsylvania, is a compilation of 100 Black trailblazers recognized for utilizing their expertise to make a difference in politics, policy, and the communities they serve.
Bailey’s extensive professional, volunteer, and philanthropic work exemplifies her steadfast commitment to making a difference in the healthcare industry and supporting underserved communities. Before becoming Interim CEO in 2023, Bailey served CBH in several roles, including as Chief of Staff, Compliance Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. Bailey has also worked with PHMC as Chief Integrated Health Services Officer, the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Health and Opportunity as Assistant Managing Director, and as Housing Director for the state’s Department of Human Services (DHS).
