Tamra Williams, PhD

Chief Clinical Officer

Tamra Williams, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist and the Chief Clinical Officer at CBH. Dr. Williams is responsible for setting CBH’s clinical priorities and oversees key clinical initiatives related to population health, integrated care, complex care, and utilization management. She works with systems partners to create a more equitable health care system and a quality and accessible behavioral health treatment continuum of care for children and adult Members of CBH.

With more than 15 years of experience as a behavioral health executive, Dr. Williams has served in a variety of clinical leadership roles in the public and private sectors.

Dr. Williams earned a doctorate in clinical psychology with a minor in public health policy and management from the University of South Florida and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wesleyan University. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Yale University’s School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry, and her research fellowship in the Division of Law and Psychiatry at Yale.
