Melissa Pavlow

General Counsel

Melissa Pavlow serves as General Counsel at CBH, where she provides legal counsel and strategic guidance to support the organization’s operations, corporate governance, contracting, and risk management.

Melissa is a seasoned attorney with more than 10 years of in-house and law firm experience advising executive leadership on complex legal matters and organizational strategy. Prior to joining CBH, she most recently served as Operations Counsel at AdaptHealth. Earlier in her career, she held Associate Attorney positions at Stotler Hayes Group, LLC, and Maune Raichle Hartley French & Mudd, LLC.

Melissa earned her juris doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law, a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Columbia University, and a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from the University of Illinois Chicago. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Illinois.
