With MCOs, CBH prescribers, and some pharmacies in attendance, the CBH Pharmacy Forum aims to be a solution-focused forum that ultimately improves the health outcomes of Philadelphia’s Medicaid population.

To CBH Providers: Please invite your agencies’ prescribers as well as nurses, nurse practitioners, case managers, and others who are directly involved in the medication access process.
