MHOP Learning Collaborative Quarterly Meeting: Foundations of Organizational Trauma – Part Three

This will be the final session of a three-part discussion series that dives into the impact of organizational trauma on the vital work of the Mental Health Outpatient (MHOP) level of care. This interactive session will provide an overview of the definition and frame of organizational trauma, how provider organizations are currently addressing organizational trauma, and the barriers and challenges faced by direct care staff, middle management, and executive management regarding organizational trauma.

The meeting’s goal is to facilitate collaborative space for MHOP colleagues across the CBH network to identify, process, and share subjective experiences regarding how they see and respond to the signs & symptoms that manifest as a result of organizational trauma in their respective programs.
