Integrated Care for Kids (InCK) Program

CBH partnered with St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children to embed behavioral health services into the Hospital’s pediatric clinics through our InCK program.

Community HealthChoices (CHC) Team

CBH’s CHC Team works to improve behavioral health care coordination for our senior (65+) members and members with permanent physical disabilities.
