For more than 25 years, CBH has provided access to high-quality, accountable care to improve the health and mental wellness of Philadelphia residents who are eligible for Medicaid.

Our Hiring Process
CBH is committed to providing a transparent, efficient candidate experience throughout each step of our hiring process:
- Apply: Browse our website to view current job openings at CBH. We also encourage you to join our Talent Community to stay informed about job openings and important hiring information.
- Recruiter Screening Interview: If your application is selected for further consideration, a recruiter will contact you to schedule a phone, virtual, or in-person screening interview.
- Interview with the Hiring Team: After the screening interview, qualified candidates will be invited to interview with the hiring team virtually or onsite in our office at 801 Market Street.
- Job Offer: If you’re selected, our Talent Acquisition team will contact you to discuss the offer, answer your questions, and inform you of next steps.
- Onboarding: Once the job offer has been accepted, the Talent Acquisition team and your new manager will work with you to schedule a start date, begin the onboarding process, and answer any questions you may have about your new role.
