Mental Health Outpatient (MHOP) Learning Collaborative Quarterly Meeting: Foundations of Organizational Trauma – Part One

The Mental Health Outpatient (MHOP) Champions invites all mental health outpatient professionals to join the Mental Health Outpatient Collaborative Quarterly meeting.

This will be the first session of a three-part discussion series that dives into the impact of organizational trauma on the important work of the Mental Health Outpatient level of care. This will be an interactive session that provides a definition and frame of organizational trauma to ensure all participants have shared language.

The meeting’s goal is to facilitate a collaborative space for MHOP colleagues across the network to identify, process, and share subjective experiences regarding how they see and respond to the signs and symptoms that manifest as a result of organizational trauma in their respective programs.
