CBH conducts an annual Provider Satisfaction Survey (PSS) to gauge our performance and obtain provider feedback. The results of the PSS help CBH identify key opportunities for improving the experience of providers. The purpose of this survey is to assess overall provider satisfaction and identify specific key areas of satisfaction with the following departments: Member Services, Provider Relations, Clinical Management, Claims Management, Quality Management, Compliance, and NIAC. The following reports include the results from the 2019 and 2020 PSS, identified opportunities for improvement, and the actions CBH will take to improve the experience of providers.
