Suet Lim, PhD

Chief Data and Research Officer

Suet Lim, PhD, is Chief Data and Research Officer at CBH, where she oversees the organization’s data governance, analytics, and research initiatives in support of CBH’s mission.

With more than 30 years of experience in public health data, analytics, and research, Dr. Lim previously served at CBH for eight years in several roles, including Director of Performance Evaluation, Analytics and Research; Research Analyst Coordinator; and Senior CQI Analyst. Before returning to CBH in 2026, she served as the Director of Research, Evaluation, and Epidemiology at the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services (DBHIDS). Additionally, Dr. Lim was a member of the Pennsylvania Department of Health Institutional Review Board (IRB) and of several state, county, and federal standards committees focused on geographic information systems (GIS), immunization, and childhood lead poisoning.

Dr. Lim earned her doctorate in demography and sociology and a master’s degree in demography from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in political science, English literature, and creative writing from Agnes Scott College.
