SUMMARY:Implementation Readiness Part II: Planning for EBP Implementation
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the second workshop of a four-part series on implementation readiness related to the implementation & sustainability of evidence-based practices (EBPs) in community mental health! In this workshop\, we shift the focus from building an EBP foundation to actively planning and preparing for EBP training and implementation. \nKey components of effectively planning for EBP implementation and training will be discussed\, including means of assessing and navigating competing demands\, creating an EBP-infused culture\, and strategies for building & supporting capacity for EBP(s) amongst clinical staff. This training is geared towards clinicians\, supervisors\, and leadership eager to learn more about EBPs and the science behind successful & effective EBP implementation & sustainability within community mental health.
