DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the annual Pay-for-Performance (P4P) Provider Webinar Series. The intent of this series is to inform providers of the general eligibility rules for P4P program at CBH\, to highlight systemic trends in performance on the quality measures associated with the LOC in question and to engage providers in discussion about upcoming adjustments to our program. \n  \nThis webinar series will be hosted virtually.
