CBH Notice: CBH Closure: June 19, 2020
CBH administrative offices will be closed on Friday, June 19, 2020.
Please note that departments with 24/7 operations, including CBH Member Services (888-545-2600), the Philadelphia Crisis Line (Mental Health Delegates, 215-685-6440), and the Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) Line (215-413-7171), will remain open.

Pharmacy Guidance
Pennsylvania’s Department of Human Services issued a Bulletin outlining changes pertaining to pharmacy services for Medical Assistance Beneficiaries related to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency. Below are the highlights:
- The prior authorization guidelines for Opioid Dependence Treatments have been revised to indicate that prescriptions for Sublocade (once-monthly buprenorphine injection) that do not exceed the quantity limit no longer require prior authorization.
- MA beneficiaries may obtain up to a 90-day supply of prescriptions at the pharmacy.
- MA copayments are suspended for medications for COVID-19 (list is provided in the Bulletin)
